Website Proposal · Prepared For Purple Solutions Insurance Agency
We audited your current website, rebuilt it from the ground up, and gave it a voice. This page walks you through what we found, what we fixed, and introduces Jennifer, the AI assistant who now greets your visitors day and night.

Jennifer already answers questions on the new website, by voice or by typing, 24 hours a day. She explains Medicare and coverage basics, surfaces the required Medicare disclaimer on her own, never quotes prices or makes promises, and offers visitors a free review with a licensed agent. Try her right here. Tap the talk button in the frame, or type a question.
Prefer a bigger window? Open Jennifer full screen. She is also the purple button on every page of the new website.
The Audit
First, the good news: your words are strong. Your Medicare disclaimers are done properly, you never promise savings you cannot guarantee, and your content is careful and educational. The problem is the platform underneath. Your site is built as a JavaScript app, which means search engines and social networks mostly see an empty shell. Our full audit scored it 6 out of 10:
A search for your own site returns exactly one page, your homepage. The second result Google shows for you is literally a "Page Not Found" page. There is no sitemap telling Google what exists.
Your site has no social sharing metadata at all. When anyone shares any page, including on Facebook, where you post every week, there is no controlled title, description, or image.
Medicare, ACA health, life, dental, supplemental, and group coverage all live on a single long page. People search for one specific thing, and no page on your site is about one specific thing, so those searches go to competitors.
Your /get-started page shows "Page Not Found," and it is the very page Google has indexed, so search visitors land on a wall. Another address, /discountcard, quietly shows a copy of the homepage.
Your lead forms show no consent language where visitors type their phone number. For Medicare and health leads who get called and texted, consent at the point of capture is the standard, and yours lives only on a separate terms page.
There is no chat, no voice assistant, and no stated business hours anywhere on the site. Someone researching Medicare at 8 PM, which is peak research time, has no way to get an answer or book a time.

We kept your words and your compliance discipline, and replaced everything underneath them. Here is the audit, point by point, and the fix that shipped:

One more thing we left alone on purpose: your Facebook page, "Get Covered with Evelyn," is linked cleanly in the header and footer of the new site. It is your one active channel and it is a good one. When you are ready, the same treatment, a proper Instagram and LinkedIn presence, is a natural phase two.
